E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises is a nonprofit company with a mission to create jobs for people with disabilities. We do this through our business divisions and by partnering with others. Our primary line of business is Facilities Services, which includes Custodial, Building Maintenance, and Landscaping Services.

Travion has been with E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises at our Waskom Travel Information Center since April of 2019. He truly appreciates so many things about his job. He is closer to home and he appreciates being able to work. He puts so much effort into his work and it shows. His favorite superhero is flash, because he is fast and time is not a problem. We are so happy to have Travion on our team!
Leticia is from our Anthony, TX Travel Information Center. Leticia has been with E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises since June of 2019 and has proven to be a strong and caring leader. She motivates her team to strive for excellence daily and is known to spend extra time for one on one support. We thank Leticia for her strong leadership!
Mr. Magana has been a valued employee at our Texarkana Travel Information Center since January 2017. Guadalupe has appreciated everything about his job, especially being able to monetarily assist his family. Guadalupe’s favorite past time would be spending all the time he can with his family. We appreciate Guadalupe!
Please say hello to Christopher from our Texarkana Travel Information Center. He has been with E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises since April 2019. He displays a sharp focus with versatility, and he helps anywhere he is needed. When he is not working, Christopher enjoys watching movies that include his favorite superheroes like Superman, Quick Silver, Spiderman or Flash. We thank him for doing such a great job.
Please say hello to Juan Hernandez from our Live Oak County Safety Rest Area. Mr. Hernandez has been a dedicated employee since March of 2018. He says, “It feels like I am giving back to the public and the community by working here.” When Juan is not at work, he enjoys traveling! We thank Juan for his great work ethic and all his hard work!
Please help us in thanking Mr. Roy Torres from our Medina County Safety Rest Area. He recently received a beautiful anniversary plaque for celebrating his dedication to E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises for 10 years! Mr. Torres is truly the best example of an exemplary employee. We are blessed to have him on our team!
Mr. Juan Colunga has been a dedicated employee of E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises since 2004. He was recently offered an excellent job opportunity for the City of Harlingen. Mr. Colunga shares, “I am grateful for E.Q.U.I.P.
